A few things to keep in mind:

Airport transfers: You’re in charge of your own adventure! The fastest & cheapest way in? Hop-on the Tube or train. Covent Garden & Temple are Hotel closest stations (depending on your arrival airport). Fancy door-to-door? Taxis and Ubers are always an option. Travel times usually range from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the airport and your chosen route.

Hotel reservations: Good news, a room is already pre-booked for you! Just a heads-up: after Wednesday 4th February 2026, any cancellations or no-shows will mean you’re charged the full price. So, mark your calendar and get ready for an unforgettable London experience!

If you arrive on March 18, the team will do their best to accommodate early arrivals, but please be aware, that you will likely be able to access your room after the first-day session (starting at 13:00.
Consider arriving day before the Huddle to guarantee early check-in.
Anyway, on arrival you will be able to drop & store your luggage.
Need to work? A business lounge will be available at the hotel.

Your room is already booked from March 18 to 20, if you plan to stay longer, we will confirm room availability promptly.
Room rate is £400 per night (incl. VAT) for a double room (single occupancy).
The room rate is £435 per night (incl. VAT) for double occupancy.
Please note, this year it is mandatory to provide payment card details to the hotel ahead of check-in for all guests.

Day 1 – Kickoff

This year, we’re taking the Huddle beyond the hotel! Get ready to explore more of our host city with working sessions in unique London locations.
Arrive early on March 18 (or day before) so you have time to reach our first location.
The first Huddle session kicks off at 14:00, following a light lunch (13:00 – 14:00).
Before heading to the venue, you can drop luggage at the hotel (early check-in may be limited) or go straight to the location (Central London, details coming soon).
Allow up to 45 minutes to walk/ travel from the hotel to the venue.

Day 3 – Wrap up

The Huddle ends at 2:00 PM on March 20, including a farewell lunch.
Luggage can be stored at the hotel (just a short trip away) or onsite at the venue.
